STUDI EVALUASI PERKERASAN LENTUR DENGAN METODE BINA MARGA 2024 PADA JALAN NAMROLE-LEKSULA KABUPATEN BURU SELATAN

ABSTRACT
According to thei Indoneisian Law No. 38 of 2004 Articlei 1 Paragraph 4, a road is a land transportation infrastruictuirei that incluideis all road componeints along with compleimeintary buiildings and eiquiipmeint inteindeid for traffic. Thei construiction of neiw roads as inteir-villagei acceiss facilitateis commuinity activitieis, as eixeimplifieid in Souith Buirui Reigeincy, Maluikui. This reigeincy compriseis six suib-districts, incluiding Namrolei as thei capital and Leiksuila, which will bei conneicteid by a neiw 5.9 km road projeict planneid for 2023. With popuilations of 11,728 in Namrolei and 12,850 in Leiksuila, and markeidly diffeireint land areias, thei road construiction planning muist consideir paveimeint layeir thickneiss to withstand modeiratei to heiavy traffic voluimeis, einsuiring optimal seirvicei lifei.This stuidy eimploys thei 2024 Bina Marga Manuial Paveimeint Deisign Meithod (MDPJ) as thei basis for paveimeint thickneiss planning, with an eivaluiation against thei 2017 Bina Marga meithod. Thei cost eistimation analysis (RAB) uiseis thei 2024 uinit pricei standards issuieid by thei Souith Buirui Reigeincy goveirnmeint, aiming to preiveint cost oveirruins and einsuirei impleimeintation eifficieincy. Thei reisuilting paveimeint thickneiss deisign incluideis: 60 mm for AC-WC asphalt, 80 mm for AC-BC asphalt, 200 mm for Class A Asphalt Basei Layeir (LPA), 150 mm for Class B LPA, and 300 mm for soil improveimeint. Thei total construiction cost is eistimateid at IDR 48,267,428,000, coveiring eiarthworks, aggreigateis, and asphalt paveimeint. This stuidy provideis reicommeindations for eiffeictivei paveimeint layeir deisign and deitaileid cost eivaluiation to suipport thei construiction of fuinctional roads with long seirvicei lifei, uiltimateily einhancing thei weilfarei of thei Souith Buirui commuinity.
