STUDI PERENCANAAN JARINGAN DISTRIBUSI AIR BERSIH DI PERUMAHAN ATHARA RESIDENCE KOTA BATU

Abstract


Providing clean water in rural, urban, and metropolitan areas requires access to water that meets quality, quantity, and continous standards for the community. The growing demand for clean water often exceeds the capacity of existing services. This study aims to determine the total clean water requirements in the Athara Residence Housing complex and to design the most effective distribution network to satisfy the needs. The data used in cludes Site Plan and Contour Map information from the complex. The planning results indicate a water demand of 3.09 liters per second, with a water loss of 0.62 liters per second, a maximum daily demand of 4.26 liters per second and peak hours needs reaching 5.56 liters per second. The water distribution schame consists of 53 nodes, 47 PVC pipes (¾ inch and 1 inch), one tank, and one pump (Grundfos NS 130–18M), with water sourced from a drilled well. Based on WatercadV8i simulation, the analysis shows a minimum relative energy of  6.69 meters and a maxsimum of 18.19 meters
