ANALISIS KINERJA RUAS JALAN BANDUNG AKIBAT TARIKAN PERJALANAN MAN 2 KOTA MALANG BERBASIS VISSIM

Abstract


ABSTRAK

 

Bandung Street is a secondary local road with city status, with road type 4/2 D, with a length of 796.46 meters and a width of 12 meters. Jalan Bandung, especially in front of MAN 2, often experiences traffic problems, namely congestion, especially at peak hours (12:00-13:00) WIB. This activity can affect the performance of road services, that a decrease in speed. This study conducted a traffic analysis using the (PKJI) 2023 method. This study focuses on evaluating congestion performance through several parameters, namely: Traffic Volume (Q), Road Capacity (C), Degree of Saturation (DJ), Speed (V), and Level of Service (LOS). The study utilized Vissim software. Based on the data analysis, this study concluded that: (1) Trip Generation: highest on Monday (1,322 trips) and smallest on Saturday (75 trips), (2) Road Performance (PKJI 2023): Weekday (LOS E, DJ 0.99, speed 11.618 km/h), weekend (LOS A, DJ 0.45, speed 50.693 km/h), (3) Vissim software: Weekday (LOS D, DJ 0.87, speed 8.82 km/h), weekend (LOS A, DJ 0.33, speed 39.83 km/h), (4) There are 2 solutions, namely the Drop Off or Pick-up system and finding alternative roads.
