Clean water distribution in rural, urban, and metropolitan areas requires the availability of water that meets good quality, quantity, and continuity standards for the community. The increasing demand for clean water provision and services is often not balanced with adequate services. The purpose of this study is to determine the total amount of clean water needs in the Athara Residence Housing complex and to determine the optimal clean water distribution network design to meet water needs in the Athara Residence Housing complex. The data required in this study are Site Plan and Contour Map data. For the clean water distribution planning study, contour maps and project location plans are needed, obtained from the Athara Residence Housing complex. The results of this study are the clean water needs for the Athara Residence housing complex of 3.09 liters per second, with a water loss of 0.62 liters per second, and the maximum clean water needs per day of

4.26 liters per second and at peak hours for clean water needs of 5.56 liters per second. The clean water network scheme in the Athara Residence Housing complex has 53 nodes, 47 pipes, one tank and one pump with a water source from PDAM Tirta Sukapura. For pipes using PVC type AW with sizes ¾ inch and 1 inch. for pumps using Grundfos NS 130–18M type pumps. From the results of running the WatercadV8i program, the smallest relative energy is 6.69 m and the largest relative energy is 18.19 m.
