Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is a key element in the construction industry that needs to be given proper attention. To explore this, the researcher carried out this study to examine the factors that affect occupational safety and health (K3) at the Aston Inn Batu hotel construction project. In this study, management factors, implementation factors, and supervision factors are considered as independent variables (X), while K3 is the dependent variable (Y). The data was collected through primary sources by distributing questionnaires to 65 employees who were the respondents. For data analysis, the study applied quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression. The statistical testing used was partial hypothesis testing. The findings of this study show that the management factor does not have a significant effect on occupational safety and health, as demonstrated by the t-test (partial) which resulted in a value of 0.994.
