STUDI ALTERNATIF PERENCANAAN STRUKTUR RANGKA BAJA TIPE WARREN TRUSS PADA JEMBATAN JETAK KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

Abstract


ABSTRAK

 

Jetak Bridge with girder bridge construction type is located in Jetak Village, Bojonegoro District, Bojonegoro Regency. This study will plan an alternative using a warren truss type steel frame, namely the main frame is trapezoidal from a series of triangles. Its advantages have a simple and relatively light design but can be used for structures that have long spans. The method used in this study is LRFD based on SNI 03-1729-2020. To analyze the calculation assisted by using SAP2000 software. The calculation results show the thickness of the vehicle floor plate is 200 mm, with main reinforcement D16 - 75 mm and reinforcement for D12 - 150 mm. The dimensions for the longitudinal girders are WF 350 x 175 x 7 x 11 profiles, transverse girders WF 800 x 300 x 14 x 26, and main girders WF 400 x 400 x 20 x 35. The connections between the girders use ½” inch bolts type A325 with L-shaped connecting plates. For the foundation, 10 piles with a diameter of 50 cm are used with a depth of 36 m.
