STUDI ALTERNATIF PERENCANAAN GEDUNG BERTINGKAT DENGAN METODE SISTEM GANDA (DUAL SYSTEM) PADA GEDUNG REHABILITASI MEDIK TERPADU DAN MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT SAIFUL ANWAR KOTA MALANG

Abstract


ABSTRACT                Generally, earthquake-resistant buildings can consist of a moment-resisting frame (MRF), shear walls, or a combination of both systems. The combination of these two systems is commonly referred to as a dual system. Among these systems, shear walls bear 75% of the load, while the MRF will bear 25%. The Rehabilitation and Management Building of RSSA is planned using a combination of MRF and shear walls. This redesign alternative is expected to enable the structural elements of the building to function optimally in minimizing the repetitive seismic forces while also resulting in a stable and strong structure. The planning of this building is based on SNI 1726:2019 and SNI 2847:2019. The software used for this final project includes ETABS v.18 for structural modeling, spColumn, and AutoCAD 2021 for technical drawings. Load analysis includes dead loads, live loads, and seismic loads. The results of the structural analysis show the design earthquake with an orthogonal two-way combination in the X and Y directions of Vx = 4225.460 kN and Vy = 4485.520 kN. The floor slab has a thickness of 120 mm, using main reinforcement of Ø10–125 mm and distribution reinforcement of Ø10–150 mm. The main beam B1 has dimensions of 500 × 700 mm, with top support reinforcement of 6 D22, bottom reinforcement of 3 D22, stirrups of 2Ø10–75, and top field reinforcement of 3 D22, bottom reinforcement of 6 D22, stirrups of 2Ø10–125. The secondary beam B2 has dimensions of 400 × 600 mm, with top support reinforcement of 5 D19, bottom reinforcement of 3 D19 with stirrups of 2Ø10–125, and top field reinforcement of 3 D19, bottom reinforcement of 5 D19, stirrups of 2Ø10–200. Column K1 has dimensions of 900 × 900 mm, with main reinforcement of 24 D22 and support stirrups of 4Ø19–75 and field stirrups of 4Ø19–125. The shear wall is 350 mm thick with a total main reinforcement of 48 D22 and stirrups of 2Ø16–250 mm.
