ANALISIS JUMLAH LINTASAN PEMADATAN TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPADATAN MATERIAL TIMBUNAN ZONA 3 PADA BENDUNGAN JRAGUNG KABUPATEN SEMARANG JAWA TENGAH

Abstract


The standard soil compaction test is to determine the maximum density of a type of soil by impact, ie to determine the relationship between water content and soil density. In the Jragung Dam construction project, soil compaction is still being carried out manually. It takes a lot of time and cost to determine the optimal trajectory. The number of tracks significantly affects soil density. Therefore, the optimal number of passages with soil density was determined using the multilinear regression analysis method with Minitab Statistical Software. In this research, tests were carried out on Proctor and ASTM C 128-15 according to the ASTM D 698-00a standard for testing water transfer density. Compaction is carried out using a ram roller with a capacity of 12 tons with a variety of passes of 8, 10 and 12 passes, with the requirement to achieve MDD > 85%. Based on multilinear regression analysis with the MDD density requirement > 85%, the results obtained are in the form of the equation Y = -256,67 + AX3 - 0.1957X4, and Y represents the percentage of MDD, X3 is the MDD area (gr/cm3), and the value of A = 161,797 – 241,545 (X1 average 1,419 - 2,216 gr/cm3). The prediction equation used in this research can be used to obtain an estimate of the number of passes required to achieve MDD standards when using the same type of soil and roller in a construction.
