EVALUASI PARKIR TEPI JALAN TERHADAP KINERJA RUAS JALAN MOJOPAHIT KOTA MOJOKERTO

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keadaan jalan di ruas Jalan Mojopahit saat ini, kondisi jalan di ruas Jalan Mojopahit dalam lima tahun ke depan, serta solusi yang bisa diterapkan untuk menangani masalah di ruas Jalan Mojopahit sekarang dan di masa yang akan datang. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan analisis kecepatan arus bebas (VB), analisis kapasitas dasar (C₀), analisis kapasitas ruas jalan (C), analisis derajat kejenuhan (DJ), analisis nilai tingkat pelayanan jalan (NTP).  Menggunakan informasi yang diperoleh secara langsung dan informasi yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Hasil uji yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kondisi existing saat ini tidak efektif karena parkir di bahu jalan, hambatan samping yang tinggi, dan pedagang kaki lima liar, lima tahun mendatang pada kondisi existing, pertumbuhan lalu lintas diperkirakan mencapai 6% per tahun, dan alternatif pemecahan masalah untuk ruas jalan Mojopahit adalah menerapkan kebijakan pelarangan parkir atau memindahkan parkir ke area yang sudah ditentukan.

ABSTRACT

This research aims to evaluate the current condition of the road on the Jalan Mojopahit section, the condition of the road on the Jalan Mojopahit section in the next five years, as well as solutions that can be applied to deal with problems on the Jalan Mojopahit section now and in the future. This type of research is quantitative. In this research, researchers used free flow speed analysis (VB), basic capacity analysis (C0), road segment capacity analysis (C), degree of saturation analysis (DJ), analysis of road service level values (NTP).  Using information obtained directly and previously existing information. The test results obtained show that the existing conditions are not effective due to parking on the road shoulder, high side obstacles, and illegal street vendors. In the next five years under existing conditions, traffic growth is estimated to reach 6% per year, and alternative solutions to the problem for the Mojopahit road section, this is to implement a policy of prohibiting parking or moving parking to designated areas.
