Studi Alternatif Perencanaan Sistem Plumbing Pada Gedung Universitas Terbuka Surabaya Menggunakan Software Archicad

Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

Clean water refers to water whose quality has been guaranteed and meets physical, chemical, biological, or radiological standards. In the distribution system for clean and wastewater, several important factors need attention such as flow rate, pipe pressure, storage capacity, and safe disposal of sewage. This study uses manual calculations and the Archicad software to analyze potential   Clashes between pipes and building structures at the University of Open Learning in Surabaya, aiming to ensure efficient distribution of both clean and wastewater. The required clean water supply is approximately 41,107 m3daily, while the required wastewater discharge is about 32,885 m3 daily. The underground tank's holding capacity is 257,149 m3, the rooftop tank’s holding capacity is 9.5 m3.
