STUDI PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM AIR BERSIH DI KECAMATAN BUGUL KIDUL KOTA PASURUAN MENGGUNAKAN WATERCAD V8i

Abstract


The use of clean water is very important in various sectors, especially for household consumption. Water supply and distribution networks are important in meeting the clean water needs of the community. This concerns the sustainability of water distribution to the community in the future. One area that still has difficulty getting clean water is Bugul Kidul District, Pasuruan City, East Java Province. The aim of this research is expected to provide alternatives/solutions in solving clean water problems, especially for the Bugul Kidul District area. The data required for this study is the population for the last 10 years, PDAM customers, clean water needs, clean water source data and reservoir volume, as well as clean water distribution network map data, using the arithmetic method. The clean water distribution network map will be evaluated using WaterCad V8i.. The results of this research are that the population of Bugul Kidul District in 2023 will be 32,815 people and projections of the number of residents and customers for the next 10 years show that the population will increase to 40,444 people. Water use in the development plan year is 2023 with an average daily requirement of 42,660, maximum daily water requirement of 49,058, peak hour water requirement of 63,989 while for development (2033), average water requirement of 66,133, maximum daily water requirement of 76,053, water requirement peak hour 114,080.
