STUDI ALTERNATIF PERENCANAAN INSTALASI PENGOLAHAN AIR LIMBAH (IPAL) KOMUNAL LIMBAH DOMESTIK KELURAHAN KIDULDALEM KOTA MALANG DENGAN SISTEM ANAEROBIK FILTER

Abstract


Liquid and solid waste pollution is a direct or indirect physical change in water that can harm, cause disease, or hinder the survival of living things. On the other hand, water quality is one of the factors that determines human welfare. In general, the causes of water pollution can be divided into direct and indirect sources of pollution, depending on the source of the pollution. In order to aim to overcome household wastewater problems such as blackwater and graywater, especially in Kiduldalem Village, Malang City, it is necessary to collect data such as primary data in the form of documentation, research locations, secondary data in the form of the population of Kiduldalem Village, waste water disposal sites, water lab test results. waste. With these results, a domestic Communal WWTP can then be planned using the Anaerobic Filter Method. From the planned efficiency, an estimate of the effluent quality is obtained which meets waste water quality standards. So that you can determine the design which can then produce calculations for the construction of the IPAL. The results of the research that has been carried out show that by using an anaerobic filter system the average wastewater discharge is 429.078 m^3/day resulting in BOD = 2.71 mg/L, COD = 15.37 mg/L, TSS = 1 .4 mg/L, Oils and Fats = 0.075 mg/L. With these results, the anaerobic filter system meets quality standards
