MEWUJUDKAN KEUNGGULAN TEKNOLOGI: RANCANGAN STRUKTURAL KOMPOSIT SRPMK UNTUK GEDUNG TAHFIDZ UIN MALANG

Abstract


Construction of the Taman Melati Malang Apartment which was built on Jl. MT. Haryono Gg. 19 Malang City, the building functions as an apartment, with a 12-story structure and a building height of 40.50 m, the location of the building is in Malang City, which is an area with medium earthquake risk, but the building height level of 40.50 m causes the building to be at high risk of earthquakes , so it is necessary to plan a structure that is able to accept high risk earthquake loads. In this final project, the Taman Melati Malang apartment building was designed with reinforced concrete construction with a Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK). Component design includes designing plates, beams, columns, beam-column joints and foundations referring to the regulations SNI 1726-2012 and SNI 2847-2013. The loads analyzed are dead, live and earthquake (lateral) loads. The quality of threaded steel fy = 390 Mpa, plain fy = 240 Mpa, and concrete quality fc' = 35 Mpa. This planning study resulted in a plate thickness of 14 cm with main reinforcement of ∅10-100 and reinforcement of ∅8-100. The dimensions of the child beams are 40/60 cm, while for the main beam the dimensions used are 60/90 cm. The column dimensions used are for type K1 110/110 cm, type K2 100/100cm and K3 70/70 cm. Reduction shear strength (ϕVn) = 4616.317 kN > shear force at section x-x (Vx-x) = 3529.5449 kN, so that the joint is quite capable of withstanding the shear force that occurs. The foundation used is a pile foundation with a foundation diameter of 2.4 m x 2.4 m. Pile specifications with a diameter of 40 cm with a total of 4 piles at a depth of 20 m.
