STUDI PERENCANAAN JARINGAN DISTRIBUSI AIR BERSIH PADA PERUMAHAN JOLO KERTO RESIDENCE KABUPATEN MALANG

Air bersih menjadi unsur terpenting dalam keberlangsungan mahkluk hidup dimuka bumi termasuk manusia. Sistem distribusi air bersih yang efektif dan efisien di perumahan merupakan hal penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan perencanaan jaringan distribusi air bersih di Perumahan Jolo Kerto Residence Kabupaten Malang. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan air bersih rata-rata di perumahan, untuk mengetahui diameter pipa distribusi air bersih, serta mengetahui estimasi rencana anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder yang akan diolah untuk mendapatkan hasil yang direncanakan dengan bantuan program Epanet 2.2 untuk analisis jaringan pipa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kebutuhan air bersih di Perumahan Jolo Kerto Residence Kabupaten Malang, dengan total 60 unit rumah dan perkiraan 300 jiwa, kebutuhan air rata-rata adalah 0,288 lt/dt. Hasil analisis menggunakan program Epanet 2.2 menunjukkan bahwa diameter pipa distribusi air bersih di Perumahan Jolo Kerto Residence Kabupaten Malang adalah 114 mm (4") untuk pipa primer, 60 mm (2") untuk pipa sekunder, dan 26 mm (3/4") untuk pipa tersier. Rencana anggaran biaya untuk perencanaan sistem jaringan distribusi air bersih di Perumahan Jolo Kerto Residence Kabupaten Malang adalah sebesar Rp 160.685.943,00 atau Rp. 161.000.000,00..Untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam perencanaan pipa, dapat digunakan program lain seperti Watercad dan Waternet.

ABSTRACT

               Clean water is the most important element for the survival of living things on earth, including humans. An effective and efficient clean water distribution system in housing is important to meet community needs. In this research, a clean water distribution network planning was carried out in Jolo Kerto Residence, Malang Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the average amount of clean water needed in housing, to determine the diameter of the clean water distribution pipes, and to determine the estimated budget plan required. This study uses the method of collecting primary data and secondary data which will be processed to obtain the planned results with the help of the EPANET 2.2 program for pipeline network analysis. Based on the results of calculating the need for clean water in Jolo Kerto Residence Malang Regency, with a total of 60 housing units and an estimated 300 people, the average water demand is 0.288 l/s. The results of the analysis using the Epanet 2.2 software show that the diameter of the clean water distribution pipes in the Jolo Kerto Residence Malang Regency is 114 mm (4") for the primary pipe, 60 mm (2") for the secondary pipe, and 26 mm (3/4") for tertiary pipes.The budget plan for planning a clean water distribution network system at Jolo Kerto Residence Malang Regency is IDR 160,685,943.00 or IDR 161,000,000.00..For further research on pipeline planning, other programs can be used such as Watercad and Waternet.Keywords: Clean water distribution,  Epane 2.2, Pipe diameter, Residential area, (RAB) budget estimation.
