STUDI EVALUASI SISTEM JARINGAN DRAINASE MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE ARCGIS KEC. TUREN KAB. MALANG

Abstract

Drainage channels are one of the building elements that play an important role in a road infrastructure. The more developed an area, the empty land to absorb water naturally will be less and less. The decline in road serviceability is indicated by the increasing type and severity of road damage due to poor drainage or road conditions that do not have a drainage system. Turen sub-district is one of the many sub-districts that has many problems during the rainy season. such as puddles, clogged drains and floods, drainage with piles of garbage. Therefore, in this study it is hoped that a Q design will be obtained so that it can evaluate drainage in Turen District. Analysis of land cover and drainage area using ArcGIS 10.5 obtained a total area of 1284.62 Ha. Calculation of design rainfall using the log person III method with a return period of 10 years. with a total design rainfall of 92.130 m3/second. The results of the evaluation analysis showed that 15 out of 30 channels were unable to accommodate the design flood discharge with a specified return period. After the results of the evaluation are obtained, it is hoped that they can provide input to the relevant agencies regarding drainage problems in Turen District
