ANALISIS PENGARUH PERCEPATAN WAKTU TERHADAP BIAYA DENGAN CRITICALPATHMETHOD (Studi Kasus Proyek Pembangunan Pabrik Kosmetik PT. Karya Agung Putra Sempana Pandaan)
Abstract
The success of a project is seen from the timeliness in the completion of the project, the delay of the project becomes the main contribution to the swelling of the cost of the project. The same thing happened to PT.SampurnaBangun Raya who is working on the Cosmetic Factory project owned by PT. The Great Work of Putra Sempana in Pandaan. For that here the author will compare the method of scheduling projects between block diagrams using CPM (Critical Path Method). The first step is data collection, such as curve S, unit price, number of labor, RAB, BQ and others. After the data is collected, new scheduling related to the work of the structure, such as beams, floor plates, columns and others, to obtain the normal time that will be the reference. Analyzing the acceleration of time with a specified alternative, namely with the addition of working hours. This analysis uses the microsoft project software program. And after that will be obtained a new network of work. From these stages, two types of costs will be obtained, the first the normal cost and the second the cost resulting from acceleration. After obtaining a new time and cost, the time and cost will be compared and selected alternatives that allow it to be used.
