PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN PROBIOTIK LACTOBACILLUS SALIVARIUS DALAM BERBAGAI BENTUK PAKAN TERHADAP BOBOT RELATIF ORGAN ACCESSORIE KELINCI HYLA
Abstract
Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penambahan probiotik Lactobacillus salivarius dalam berbagai bentuk pakan kelinci hyla jantan umur 8 minggu. Jumlah kelinci yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 12 ekor. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode experimental. Rancangan Percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini adalah P0 : Kontrol mash tanpa Lactobacillus salivarius, P1 = Mash dengan Lactobacillus salivarius, P2 = Pellet dengan Lactobacillus salivarius, P3 = Wafer dengan Lactobacillus salivarius. Parameter yang diukur adalah bobot relatif organ accecorie yang terdiri dari pankreas, emepdu dan ginjal. Data di anlisis dengan Analysist of Variance (Anova). Jika diperoleh data yang berbeda nyata dilakukan uji duncan. Bentuk pakan kelinci hyla yang diberi probiotik Lactobacillus salivarius berpengaruh nyata (P<0.05) terhadap peningkatan bobot relatif kelinci hyla Jantan. Bentuk pakan terbaik kelinci hyla yang diberi probiotik Lactobacillus salivarius adalah wafer pakan.

THE EFFECT OF ADDITION OF PROBIOTIC LACTOBACILLUS SALIVARIUS IN VARIOUS FORMS OF FEED ON THE RELATIVE WEIGHT OF HYLA RABBIT ACCESSORY ORGANS
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of adding probiotic Lactobacillus salivarius in various forms of feed for 8-week-old male hayla rabbits. The study used 12 rabbits. This study used an experimental method. The experimental design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments in this study were P0: Control mash without Lactobacillus salivarius, P1 = Mash with Lactobacillus salivarius, P2 = Pellet with Lactobacillus salivarius, and P3 = wAFER with Lactobacillus salivarius. The parameters measured were the relative weight of the accessory organs, consisting of the pancreas, gallbladder, and kidneys. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). If significantly different data were obtained, a Duncan test was performed. The form of hayla rabbit feed given probiotic Lactobacillus salivarius had a significant effect (P <0.05) on increasing the relative weight of male hayla rabbits. The best form of feed for Hayla rabbits, given the probiotic Lactobacillus salivarius, is feed wafers. Keywords: Accecorie organ, Hyla Rabbit, Lactobacillus salivariuFull Text:
