PEMBENTUKAN KUALITAS KARAKTER DENGAN MEMASUKKAN PROGRAM MADRASAH DINIYAH DI SMP SUNAN KALIJOGO JABUNG MALANG

Abstract


Madrasah Diniyah policy is an educational innovation that aims to be a place to shape the character of students who believe and are devoted to Allah SWT. Researchers conducted research related to the implementation of Madrasah Diniyah program policies, particularly in the formation of the characteristics of students and supporting factors and obstacles to the implementation of policies. The focus of research is related to the implementation of Madrasah Diniyah's program policies in shaping the quality of the characteristics of students, and supporting factors as well as obstacles to policy implementation. Researchers use a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. In implementing school policies, it will explore and disseminate information to all stakeholders to further explore the implementation of the policy. From the research, there are several factors which influence the communication between the Sunan Kalijogo Jabung Junior High School and the poor Madrasah Diniyah institutions, the HR factor that is less supportive to make the policy implementation less optimal, and disposition also becomes the policy implementation factor.
