STRATEGI GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MEMBINA KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL SISWA DI MTs RAUDLATUL ULUM NGIJO KARANGPLOSO MALANG
Abstract
There are many cases in the education field regarding the spiritual crisis of students. It is shown that there is a lack of spiritual knowledge in students itself. The teacher has an important role in fostering students' spiritual intelligence, therefore the teacher's strategy in fostering students' spiritual intelligence is very important to tackle the problem. That is the reason the researchers took research at MTS Raudlatul Ulum with the title “Strategy of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Fostering Students' Spiritual Intelligenceâ€. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques that has been done by doing continuous observation or disguised, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The results of this study are, the teacher's strategy in fostering spiritual intelligence of students with providing habituation to students through religious activities at school, habituation outside of school and varied learning. factors: supporters factors, the existence of school rules to provide limits to students so as not to violate the rules, the role of all teachers and surrounding residents who have a role in securing students who violate outside the school. Inhibit factors, different levels of awareness and intelligence of parent’s backgrounds, limited time to foster students' spiritual intelligence, school facilities and infrastructure.
