IMPLEMENTASI BUDAYA TAHLILAN DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER KEPEMIMPINAN SISWA DI MTS RAUDLATUL ULUM KARANGPLOSO KAB MALANG
Abstract
First of all, this article is broadly discussing, about the implementation of Tahlilan culture in MTs Raudlatul Ulum Karangploso. Second, the form character building of students through Tahlilan. Then last is the positive values and weaknesses of the Tahlilan culture for students. These three issues arise as a result from the behavior of students who have no confidence and responsibility to the obligation in Madrasah. This can be demonstrated when the students follow the activities in Madrasah, which is Tahlilan culture. This Tahlilan culture becomes an interesting activity because as a requirement of graduation, students should memorize tahlil (in readings) to achieve MTs Raudlatul Ulum mission that can provide student about Amaliyah Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah. This study used qualitative method with the type of phenyemenology research that the researchers collecting the data through the phenomena that exist around. Therefore, this research started from a researcher's experience in the field based on theories and ideas of experts. The conclusion of this study shows that this historical culture will indirectly build the character of the students ' leadership when students can be responsible for performing duties as Tahlil leaders and student characters can be formed through self-habituation and supportive environment.
