INTERNALISASI NILAI KARAKTER ISLAM OLEH ORGANISASI DIVISI PENDIDIKAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN BUDAYA RELIGIUS DI PONDOK PESANTREN PUTRI NURUL ULUM BLITAR

Abstract

In the world of education need a character that is embedded in students. Included in the pesantren environmental education, which emphasizes the Islamic character. If education seems to be only pursuing graduation rates, the values of Islam that touch the spiritual of students experience a lack of attention. So internalizing the values of Islamic character is very important. In the boarding school environment not only emphasizes the character of Islam, but also religious activities that have been thick in the boarding school environment. With the maturity of the Islamic character as well as the religious culture that is embedded in a person, students are expected to have a better and more useful personality as a strong foundation for the future of the nation's successors. This study aims to describe how the process of internalizing Islamic character values by educational division organizations in enhancing religious culture, what are the constraints experienced also the impact that occurred in the Nurul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Blitar. The study was conducted with the type of qualitative research. Data collection procedures are carried out using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation methods
