This paper describe the planting of religius values in shaping the character of student, the values instilled, the system of implementassion, and character after the existence of religious value planting in NU Sunan Ampel Vocationnal School. Data colecttion used obsevation, Interviews, and documentation. Data Analysis techniques include with data collection, data reduction, data cooling, and conclusion drawing. The results of this paper indicate that there are 4 values that are embeded in the planting of religious values, namely, the the value worship, value of jihad, moral value, and exemplary values. The system of implementing the planting of religious values implanted consist of 5 ways, namely directly and indirectly, through activities in the field of learning, example and punisment. Students character after used planting religious value is moral knowing, moral feeling, miral action in the planting that is in the NU Vocational School Sunan Ampel
