PENGARUH KEGIATAN EKSTRAKULIKULER PRAMUKA TERHADAP KARAKTER KEDISIPLINAN PESERTA DIDIK MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGERI BATU

Abstract

Scout extracurricular activities are activities that are organized, directed and integrated with school activities. An activity that becomes the most potential media to instill and develop the character of students especially in disciplinary character education. In extracurricular activities, scout planting for personality education, discipline and independence can be packaged attractively. So that through education in scout extracurricular activities, it is hoped that students can develop their abilities, potential, achievements and sense of social responsibility. Based on this, the formulation of the problem taken is: How is the effect of scout extracurricular activities on the character of the discipline of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah students in Batu? The purpose of this study was to describe how the influence of scout extracurricular activities on the character of the discipline of students in the Batu State Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This study uses a quantitative approach with causality research design. The sampling technique using simple random sampling and data collection methods used are observation methods, interview methods and questionnaire methods (questionnaire).
