Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the implementation of the BTTQ (Baca, Tulis, dan Terjemah Al-Qur'an) program in improving students' Qur'anic literacy at SMP Islam Bani Hasyim Singosari through a program management perspective, which includes planning, execution, and evaluation. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data were gathered through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed using interactive qualitative field analysis techniques. The results show that the planning phase includes a holistic student needs analysis through a mapping test, establishing clear program goals, and formulating structured guidelines. The implementation phase applies differentiated instructional strategies, utilizing Iqra books for basic reading, establishing small learning groups with additional hours for low-ability students, and providing intensive private guidance for muallaf (convert) students. The evaluation phase concludes the process accountably through direct oral and written assessments by certified Quranic teachers, coupled with collaborative management with parents to monitor students' daily Quranic recitation at home. In conclusion, the integration of data-driven planning, differentiated teaching methods, and family-partnership supervision effectively eradicates Quranic illiteracy among students.
