KONSEP KOMPETENSI KEPRIBADIAN GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM (TELA’AHiKITABiTA’LIMiAL-MUTA’ALLIM KARYA AZ-ZARNUJI DAN KITAB ADAB AL-‘ALIM WA AL-MUTA’ALLIM KARYA KH.HASYIM ASY’ARI)
Abstract
The teacher is one of the most important components in the world of education. Since a teacher has a large task and role, requiring a teacher to have the competencies set out in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia concerning teachers and lecturers, besides that the teacher must also have the competencies described in the book Ta'limjal -Muta'allimjdan Adabjal-'Alimjwa al-Muta'allimjya that is the personality of the teacher of Islamic Education according to az-Zarnuji including Al-'Alamm (more knowledgeable), mAl-Awra'm (more guarding), Al-Asanna (experienced or older ), authoritative, caretaker, patient. Whereas the personality of the Islamic Education teacher according to KH Hasyim Asy'ari is among them showing a person who is fearful of Allah, passionate, noble towards both himself and others, wara ', sincere, fair and honest, diligent and disciplined and exemplified by the goal is to be able to print the ideal teacher figure to realize educational goals.
