JUDUL IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KEPUTRIAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN RELIGIUSITAS SISWI DI SMA NEGERI 7 MALANG
Abstract
The rapid flow of globalization and technological developments have significantly influenced the mindset, lifestyle, and behavior of the younger generation. This development not only opens up opportunities for progress, but also presents serious challenges in the form of moral degradation and a decline in religious values, such as reduced discipline in worship, the rise of promiscuity, consumption of non-educational content, and a weakening of social ethics. As a form of response, SMA Negeri 7 Malang initiated the Keputrian Program, a routine activity every Friday intended for Muslim female students with the aim of deepening religious understanding, internalizing women's fiqh, instilling noble morals, and forming Islamic attitudes that are applicable in everyday life. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles & Huberman model. The results show that the program was implemented in a structured manner, including the stages of attendance, opening, delivery of varied materials (women's fiqh, marriage, social etiquette, women's skills, and spiritual motivation), a question and answer session, and closing. The program's implementation has proven effective in improving students' understanding of religious teachings, their religious discipline, their ability to maintain social etiquette, their tolerance, and their Islamic habits. With these achievements, the Women's Program has the potential to become an effective model for religious development in other schools, particularly in integrating religious education with Islamic character development among adolescent girls.
