As the millennial era progresses, the development of Qur'anic methods is inevitable. Various Qur'anic reading methods are developing very rapidly, in order to improve the quality of Qur'anic reading accurately, well, and correctly. One method that is developing and experiencing progress in society is the Bil Qolam method. This Bil Qolam method is quite familiar among Islamic boarding schools, TPQ, madrasas, and the surrounding community (Fadila, Kukuh, & Bagus, 2022). The research approach uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. In practice, the implementation of the Bil Qolam method is not free from various challenges, such as differences in students' basic abilities, limited resources, and variations in teacher learning strategies. Therefore, this study is very important to identify the extent of the role of Islamic Education teachers in overcoming these challenges and how the strategies implemented can improve the effectiveness of Qur'anic learning at the Al Amin Sedengan Rejoso Pasuruan Foundation. The teachers at the Al Amin Foundation try to overcome this with a classical approach combined with personal attention, for example through repetition of learning (talqin), murajaah (review), and tashih (reading correction), as well as creating a conducive learning atmosphere and motivating students to remain enthusiastic.
