This study explores the implementation of religious extracurricular coaching in shaping students' spiritual attitudes at MTs Negeri 9 Jombang. The research was motivated by the observed low levels of spiritual behavior among students, particularly in performing congregational prayers and reading the Qur'an. Using a qualitative case study method, the research describes the planning, implementation, and outcomes of religious extracurricular activities such as Banjari and MTQ. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings reveal that religious extracurricular coaching was systematically and effectively planned and implemented, significantly improving students’ spiritual attitudes, including discipline in worship, gratitude, self-confidence, and religious responsibility.
