This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy on students' critical thinking skills in SMAN 1 Malang City. Thebackground of this research is the rapid development of information technology that has an impact on the way students obtain, absorb, and utilize information. Digital literacy is a very important competence in this digital age, because it not only includes technical capabilities in using technology, but also the ability to access, select, understand, evaluate, and produce information critically and responsibly. On the other hand, the ability to think critically is a high -level cognitive skill that allows students to analyze information, identify arguments, and conclude and evaluate logically. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis method. The population in this study was all students of SMAN 1 Malang City with a total sample of 91 students taken randomly. The instrument used in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between digital literacy on students' critical thinking skills. The significance value of 0,000 (p <0.05) and the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.536 showed that digital literacy contributed 53.6% to increasing students' critical thinking skills. This finding confirms that increasing digital literacy must be a priority in the world of education so that students are able to think more logically, critically, and responsibly in dealing with massive flow of information in the digital age.
