PENGARUH P5 (PROYEK PENGIATAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA) DALAM KURIKULUM MERDEKA TERHADAP SIKAP KEBHINEKAAN SISWA DI MTS RAUDLATUL ULUM KARANGPLOSO MALANG

Abstract


Currently, the challenges for the young generation of Indonesia with various external influences, such as foreign culture and the development of information technology can affect the identity and character of the nation. Pancasila as the foundation of the state and the outlook on life of the Indonesian nation has an important role in shaping the attitudes and character of the young generation, especially among students. Therefore, the existence of an independent curriculum aims to develop character through the concept of the Pancasila student profile, which is the result of the formulation of Indonesian national education. This research is a quantitative survey research, using a survey or questionnaire method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that P5 (the Pancasila student profile strengthening project) not only builds knowledge, but also shapes students' attitudes and behavior to become agents of change who are able to maintain national unity. In addition, this attitude of diversity shows a positive tendency because students are able to accept and appreciate differences in ethnicity, religion, culture, and are able to work together in a multicultural environment. In the hypothesis test in this study, it showed that there was a significant influence between the implementation of P5 in the Independent Curriculum on the attitudes of students' diversity at MTS Raudlatul Ulum. The findings in this study indicate that the attitude of diversity has an important role in the formation and implementation of P5 at MTS Raudlatul Ulum Karangploso Malang.
