IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KEAGAMAAN DALAM MEMBENTUK NILAI KARAKTER RELIGIUS SISWA SMP NEGERI 15 MALANG

Abstract

The research method used is a qualitative research method with a field study approach. The results of this study include (1) religious program planning refers to the school's vision that emphasizes faith and piety. RPP documents in each subject are prepared by integrating religious values. In addition, special religious program documents are designed by the student affairs division and coordinated by the religious coordinator. Planning includes types of activities, goals, targets, materials, facilitators, schedules, approaches, evaluations, and facility support. This approach is in line with the theory of character education planning which emphasizes the importance of integrating religious values in all learning activities. (2) The implementation of religious programs is carried out systematically through daily activities (IMTAQ, congregational prayer), weekly (TBTQ), and annually (Islamic holiday commemorations). Learning activities are integrated with religious values, and supported by a supportive school environment, both physically and symbolically. Active student involvement and teacher role models are key in the process of internalizing values. This approach reflects the theory of habituation and social learning theory which emphasizes repetition and role models as a means of character formation. (3) The results of the program show a significant increase in the affective and behavioral aspects of students.
