IMPLEMENTASI PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL DALAM PERKEMBANGAN AKHLAK SISWA KELAS XII DI MAN KOTA BATU
Abstract
Social media provides a fast, interactive, and dynamic means of communication, but on the other hand, it can also be a source of distraction and negative influence if not used wisely. In this context, students at the State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) in Batu City experience complex dynamics in their use of social media. Researchers emphasized two issues: students' impolite behavior or excessive joking with teachers, and failure to submit assignments due to being busy with their gadgets or social media. However, the situation at MAN Kota Batu students still requires improvement. Based on the research context above, the focus of this study is as follows: (1) How does social media use occur among 12th-grade students? (2) How does social media optimize student morality? (3) What obstacles are faced in developing students' morality? Based on the research focus above, the purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the following: This study aims to explore in depth how social media use occurs among 12th-grade students, how the school optimizes social media to support the development of students' noble morality, and the various obstacles encountered in this process.
