IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TWO STAY TWO STRAY (TSTS) PADA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SMA ISLAM NUSANTARA MALANG

Abstract

The cooperative learning model Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) is one of the cooperative learning models that emphasizes group work and information sharing between groups. In this model, each group consists of several students working together to complete a certain task. One of the schools that implements the TSTS model is SMA Islam Nusantara Malang. Based on this research background, the researcher formulated the following problems: 1) What are the considerations in determining the Two Stay Two Stray learning strategy in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject at SMA Islam Nusantara Malang? 2) How is the implementation of the Two Stay Two Stray learning model in the PAI subject at SMA Islam Nusantara Malang? 3) What are the advantages and disadvantages of the Two Stay Two Stray learning model in the PAI subject at SMA Islam Nusantara Malang? This research uses a qualitative approach with a field research type. Data collection techniques were tested through source and technique triangulation. The results of this research indicate that the Two Stay Two Stray learning model in the Islamic Religious Education subject shows that: 1) The Two Stay Two Stray learning strategy in the PAI subject at SMA Islam Nusantara Malang applies the Student Activity-Oriented Learning Strategy (PBAS), 2) The implementation of the Two Stay Two Stray learning model in the PAI subject at SMA Islam Nusantara Malang by the teacher follows the proper procedure, which includes the introductory stage, core activities, and closing activities, 3) There are advantages and disadvantages in the Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning model in the Islamic Religious Education subject at SMA Islam Nusantara Malang
