Abstract

 

This study seeks to identify and examine the tactics employed by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) instructors to promote moral qualities in pupils at MTs Darussa'adah. The research technique employed was qualitative, employing a case study approach. Several PAI professors who taught at the school served as the research subjects. Data was gathered through in-depth interviews with PAI teachers, observations of classroom learning activities, and document studies on the PAI curriculum and learning resources. Data analysis was performed utilizing data reduction, data presentation, and data verification approaches to find patterns and themes in the moral value instillation strategy. According to the research findings, PAI instructors employ a variety of tactics, including moral storytelling, group discussions, role-playing, examples of excellent conduct from teachers, and the integration of moral principles into the curriculum and extracurricular activities. The findings of this study give a better knowledge of the different effective tactics that PAI instructors may employ to implant moral principles in pupils, as well as the elements that promote and limit the application of these strategies at MTs Darussa'adah. It is intended that this research would help to further Islamic religious and moral teaching in secondary schools.
