Mastery in the academic field of Islamic Religious Education at SMPI As-Shodiq Bululawang Malang was considered less influential, so the school implemented a female program through the study of the Risalatul Mahid book which was carried out every Friday specifically for female students. From the background above, the researcher formulated the problem of how the implementation, results, and obstacles of increasing the understanding of menstruation material through learning the Risalatul book for female students at SMPI As-Shodiq Bululawang Malang. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the learning process, the improvement of students' understanding results, and the obstacles to increasing the understanding of menstruation material through learning the Risalatul Mahid book for female students at SMPI As-Shodiq Bululawang Malang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach and type. This study certainly gets data sources from assistant teacher 1, assistant teacher 2, curriculum vice principal and PAI teacher, and female students of As-Shodiq Bululawang Malang Islamic Junior High School. This data can come from observation, interviews, and documentation. the data analysis techniques used are, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions the teacher implements the demonstration, lecture and question and answer methods in his learning. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded as follows: the teacher implements the demonstration, lecture and question and answer methods in his learning. the results of that students get increased understanding through the study of the Risalatul Mahid book, the students become more careful in worship etc. while for the obstacles themselves are time constraints where the implementation is only done once a week and also differences in understanding in students.
