IMPLEMENTASl PEMBELAJARANiBERDIFERENSIASI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA lSLAM DI SEKOLAHiMENENGAH PERTAMA NEGERI 25 MALANG
Abstract
Education is the most urgent aspect of life. Currently, various problems in the field of education continue to arise. One of the educational issues that remains a topic of discussion today is the low quality of education in Indonesia. Differentiated learning is one of the methods to address this issue. Differentiated learning is an approach that modifies teaching methods to meet students' learning needs, interests, and profiles, allowing them to maximize their potential. PAI teachers plan flexible and adaptable lesson plans to meet the needs and characteristics of their students. They also design strategies to differentiate in terms of content, process, and learning products. During the implementation phase, teachers can use various teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of students. Methods such as project-based learning, group discussions, and the use of interactive media are some examples. To provide constructive feedback and measure students' individual learning progress, evaluations are conducted using various assessment tools. This implementation faces challenges such as time constraints, limited facilities, and teachers' ability to manage heterogeneous classrooms. The study found that differentiated learning can improve student participation and learning outcomes in PAI. However, teachers require more support and training to maximize its utilization.
