IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DAN BUDI PEKERTI DI SMP NEGERI 5 MALANG

Abstract

Today's development requires the development of a dynamic curriculum in an education system. One of the schools that implements this independent curriculum is SMP Negeri 5 Malang. Based on the above background, the researcher will focus on the discussion in this study about the implementation of the independent curriculum in learning Islamic Religious Education and Ethics at SMP Negeri 5 Malang. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in learning Islamic Religious Education and Ethics at SMP Negeri 5 Malang, its implementation and evaluation. To achieve the above objectives, the author uses a qualitative research method with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique is through the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and ending with drawing conclusions and verifying data. Then the last stage is to check the validity of the data through the source triangulation method and technique triangulation. The result of this study is that the researcher found that there are 3 ways to plan the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education and Ethics Learning at SMP Negeri 5 Malang, namely compiling the Operational Curriculum of the Education Unit (KOSP), the existence of a teacher competency improvement program, and compiling learning tools based on the Independent Curriculum. Then the implementation is through the implementation of P5, forming a learning community (kombel), and implementing it using digital media such as Quizziz. As for the evaluation, it is through an academic supervision program by the principal and senior teachers as well as through formative and summative assessments.
