UPAYA KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MEMBIASAKAN KEDISIPLINAN PESERTA DIDIK MAN 2 KOTA MALANG

Abstract

Discipline at MAN 2 Malang City is not only related to neatness, but moral discipline is also created in this school. Researchers can say such a thing because every morning teachers to school principals have activities to welcome students and teachers and other staff in front of the gate by saying greetings. Meanwhile, the attitude that students do when passing by the teacher is by bowing their heads as a form of student ta'wadhu to the teacher. As done by the head of the madrasah in familiarizing students with discipline at MAN 2 Malang City. The objectives of this study are 1) to find out and analyze the planning of madrasah heads in getting used to discipline in MAN 2 Malang City 2) to find out and analyze the application of madrasah heads in getting used to discipline in MAN 2 Malang City 3) to find out and analyze the evaluation of the habituation of discipline by the head of the madrasah at MAN 2 Malang City. This study uses a type of case study research of data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used in this study consists of data collection, data condensation, data display, conclusion. The results of the study are 1) the planning of the head of the madrasah in familiarizing students with discipline in man 2 Malang City, namely the head of the madrasah makes short, medium and long-term planning, the head of the madrasah makes a discipline habituation program such as forming a discipline institution, infrastructure facilities, learning plans, student development. 2) The application of the head of the madrasah in familiarizing student discipline at MAN 2 Malang City is the implementation of RKTM, RKJM, RKJP, the implementation of the madrasah head program such as the implementation of discipline institutions, ID card facilities, finger prints and CCTV in the classroom, the Asmaul Khusnah, Moh.Muslim, Kukuh Santoso Vicratina: Volume 9 Nomor 7 Tahun 2024 68 implementation of teaching modules and learning media, the implementation of coaching with socialization. 3) evaluation of madrasah heads in familiarizing student discipline at MAN 2 Malang City, namely evaluation of madrasah head planning, evaluation of madrasah head programs.
