Every program designed will achieve success if it has clear and structured indicators. In an effort to form religious character in students, a teacher must have appropriate and clearly defined strategies. The formation of religious character cannot be separated from the material of moral beliefs. This research aims to describe the planning and implementation of instilling religious character values in students, as well as the results of instilling religious character values at MTs An-Nur Bululawang. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach by utilizing primary and secondary data sources. The research results show that the formation of religious character in students is able to produce graduates with noble character. This research also found that the strategies implemented were in line with educational concepts, which emphasized the importance of proper planning and implementation as well as good and efficient communication to achieve the success of educational goals and the vision and mission of forming students' religious character. Apart from that, the results of this research reveal that the planning and implementation of these programs are able to form good and religious habits in students' daily lives.
