IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN AKHLAK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN ETIKA KOMUNIKASI SISWA

Abstract

In general, students at madrasas do not all come from madrasas, and not all of them have good communication ethics. Therefore, there is a need for moral education that supports students in having good ethics in communicating. Regarding moral education in Man 1, the city of Malang is closely related to madrasas, because when students choose to study at a madrasa, they will be lucky to get 2 knowledge at once, religious knowledge and general knowledge. Religious knowledge or related moral education can also be applied to life in the future. Apart from poor communication ethics, many students are still lazy in praying, this cannot be separated from the responsibility of the teachers at the madrasah, but the intention must remain with each student. Therefore, there is a need for good moral education for students and significant improvements are also needed so that students continue to apply good things outside the madrasa as they do in the madrasa. The focus of this research is (1) how to evaluate student communication ethics in Man 1 Malang City (2) how to improve moral education to improve student communication ethics in Man 1 Malang City (3) how to evaluate moral education to improve student communication ethics in Man 1 Malang City . This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of research to obtain significant and detailed data on the phenomena that exist in madrasas. to obtain this data, through observation, interviews and documentation which then analyzes the data by collecting data, condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of interviews and observations conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that moral education to improve students' communication ethics is carried out through several moral education activities including getting used to congregational prayers in mosques, applying the 3S concept (greeting, smiling, saying hello), as well as obeying the rules and regulations in the mosque. madrasas, there are also routine activities between fellow teachers and between teachers and students. Regarding communication ethics, students are also shown by using polite and courteous language and lowering their gaze as a sense of humility when talking to older people, this applies both at the madrasah and at home. Direct observations by teachers are also carried out every day, apart from special evaluations from homeroom teachers for students
