INTERNALISASI KARAKTER RELIGIUS PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI BADAN DAKWAH ISLAM (BDI) DI MAN 1 KOTA MALANG
Abstract
Seeing that the morals and character of students are still not good, the Islamic Da'wah Agency has a goal that can help in forming the religious character of students. Because not all students at MAN 1 Malang City come from a tsanawiyah/Islamic school background. Apart from that, there are many cases of students who are still late in carrying out congregational prayers, speak unkind words towards older people, lack responsibility for the tasks given by the teacher, behave less politely and politely towards their peers and towards their teachers. The focus of this research is (1.) How to Strategically Plan the Internalization of Students' Religious Character through the Islamic Da'wah Agency at MAN 1 Malang City, (2.) How to Implement the Internalization of Students' Religious Character through the Islamic Da'wah Agency at MAN 1 Malang City, (3. ) How to evaluate the internalization of religious character through the Islamic Da'wah Agency at MAN 1 Malang City. This research uses a qualitative approach and a case study type of research, aiming to focus on a particular subject, in order to obtain intensive, detailed and in-depth data about a program. The presence of researchers as observers through collection, observation, interviews and documentation which then analyzes the data by collecting data, condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions/verification. Then check the validity of the data using credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. Based on the results of interviews and observations conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that (1) Planning the strategic program for BDI extracurricular activities at MAN 1 Malang City is carried out by determining goals or targets, activity patterns, designing action strategies, and summarizing a series of programs, and religious character values are developed in MAN 1 Malang, namely; piety, discipline, responsibility, sincerity, honesty, respect (courtesy), mutual help, cleanliness and istiqomah (2) Religious understanding in theory, religious activities, creating a religious atmosphere, integration of religious knowledge, and continuous supervision. method of delivering material using various methods, such as: lecture, discussion and assignment methods. and supporting and inhibiting factors (3) Evaluation of MAN 1 Malang City extracurricular activities is only observative, namely by observing students' behavior, attitudes, actions and daily interactions with teachers, fellow students and the entire school community.
