UPAYA GURU DALAM PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN PAI DI SMP THORIQOTUN NAJAH SINGOSARI

Abstract


The teaching and learning process of Islamic Religious Education includes activities aimed at enabling students to learn, be motivated to learn, and be interested in continuously studying Islamic Religious Education. This research aims to develop learning media, understand teachers' strategies in developing learning media, and assess student learning outcomes after using the learning media at SMP Thoriqotun Najah Singosari. This study utilizes a qualitative approach with observational research, where the researcher will describe the findings in detail. The findings of the study indicate that the endeavors made by educators of Islamic Religious Education in advancing Islamic teachings are evident  at SMP Thoriqotun Najah Singosari include the development of necessary learning media involving efforts, strategies, and, ultimately, outcomes. The efforts made by Islamic Religious Education teachers include lesson planning, acting as mentors and facilitators, preparing learning media, and using effective teaching strategies based on concepts. The strategies employed include Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), lecture and discussion methods, which provide students with the freedom to solve problems on their own for increased independence.In addition to efforts and strategies, the outcomes of student learning include increased motivation and interest in learning, improved student achievement, and enhanced faith and conviction among the students.
