PENANAMAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS MELALUI KEGIATAN KEAGAMAAN DI MAN 2 KAB. MALANG
Abstract
Based on observations made by researchers at MAN 2 Kab. In Malang there are students who are not good at behaving with religious character in the school environment. Some of their students are forced to attend Madrasah schools, be it their parents' encouragement or not being accepted at their favorite school. So that makes these students disobey the rules, and are not orderly in carrying out activities at school. In fact, madrasah schools are famous for a lot of religious activities. The researcher chose the research location in MAN 2 Kab. Malang which is located at Jalan Mayor Damar No.35, Pagedangan, Turen District, Malang Regency, East Java. The approach that the author uses in this study is a qualitative approach, with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study aims to describe the cultivation of religious character through religious activities in MAN 2 Kab. Poor. Cultivating religious character by reading the Qur'an starts in the morning, afternoon, evening, and motivates children through religious lecture activities. It is customary every morning for students to be brought to the prayer room. Providing exemplary good behavior by teachers in instilling Religious Character.
