STRATEGI GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA AL-QURAN DI SMA NU PAKIS KABUPATEN MALANG

Abstract

Given the importance of the teachings contained in the Al-Quran, Islamic Religious Education learning activities, especially learning the Al-Quran, are given more attention. However, the researcher found that there were problems in the class, namely when the teacher delivered the material in class, there were still many students who did not pay attention, and this came from two factors, namely students and teachers. Researchers used a qualitative approach with a case study type with a descriptive method. The conclusions regarding the teacher's strategy in improving Al-Quran reading skills are several strategies: 1) Developing a Strategy, 2) Al-Quran Reading Test, 3) Grouping Skills, 4) Setting targets, and 5) The method used. Student skills are classified into 3, namely skilled, moderate, and unskilled. The supporting factors are students and teachers, while on the other hand the inhibiting factors are also students and the lack of a supportive environment.
