METODE ORANG TUA DALAM MENANAMKAN KEDISIPLINAN IBADAH SHALAT PADA ANAK (STUDI KASUS DI ASRAMA YON ARMED 1 ROKET SINGOSARI)

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to describe how parents develop the discipline of prayer in their children at the Yon Armed 1 Rocket Singosari Dormitory. This study's data sources are parents and their children. Furthermore, data was gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study employs Miles and Huberman's data analysis paradigm, which entails examining the data in three steps: data condensation, data presentation, and deriving conclusions. This study uses the data analysis model of Miles and Huberman, namely by analyzing the data in three steps: data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verifying data condensation. Testing the validity of the data used by researchers is triangulation which includes technical triangulation, source triangulation and theoretical triangulation. The results of the study show that parents have applied these methods well in instilling discipline in their children, especially in terms of carrying out the five daily prayers. Parents who always provide understanding by teaching prayer to children when they are young, by showing an image of what prayer means, being a role model for children and getting children to pray at the beginning of time, increasing supervision of children and giving advice and punishment if children do not obey other people's rules. old. the results of the parents' method of instilling the discipline of praying in children have shown the changes desired by parents, namely children praying five times a day without being ordered, praying on time and having a positive influence by making discipline in carrying out daily activities.
