Abstract

The study of Fiqh is an integral component of Islamic religious instruction, intended to foster spiritual devotion and righteousness by imparting understanding and practical insight into Islamic jurisprudence, encompassing matters of worship and interpersonal transactions (muamalah). The primary objective of Fiqh education is to equip students with the ability to progressively advance, enabling them to navigate and address contemporary legal dilemmas effectively. In this context, instructors need to possess the capacity to comprehend their students' comprehension of Fiqh principles. Furthermore, within the realm of Fiqh education, teachers are also entrusted with the responsibility of nurturing their students' moral and ethical character. The problem of inheritance is a problem that is prone to causing disputes. So that the purpose of learning fiqh roseis is to help students master and understand Islamic inheritance law so that they can apply it in their lives in society properly and correctly in accordance with Allah's commands. and His Messenger. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that, 1) Increased students' knowledge of learning fiqh based on numerical literacy. 2) Students are active in class. 3) implementing numerical literacy-based learning of fiqh in the community.
