Peran Kepala Madrasah Dalam Pembinaan Akhlakul Karimah Peserta Didik Di MTs Tribakti Singosari

Abstract

The aims of this study were: (1) to describe planning  madrasah heads in fostering akhlakul karimah students at MTs Tribakti Singosari (2) to describe the implementation of madrasah heads in developing akhlakul karimah students at MTs Tribakti Singosari (3) to describe the evaluation of madarasah heads in the development of akhlakul karimah students at MTs Tribakti Singosari. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed by collecting data, condensing data, data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) first, before the head of the madrasa makes a moral development plan for students, the head of the madrasa first supervises or monitors, and directs the teachers. Second, planning for the moral development of students is carried out before the new school year through meeting activities with the deputy head of the curriculum, the deputy head of student affairs and teachers at the madrasah. The head of the madrasah organizes various activities, including: congregational dhuha prayers, joint istighosah, congregational midday prayers, Al-Qur'an reading guidance and addition of diniyah lessons. These activities are recorded in the Madrasah Medium Term Work Plan. (2) first, through exemplary. In the implementation of akhlakul karima development, students, both madrasah heads and teachers, must provide good examples in the form of behavior and words to students so that they become role models for students. Second, through habituation activities such as praying dhuha in congregation and istighosah together, praying dhuhur in congregation, guidance on reading the Qur'an and adding diniyah subjects. (3) The evaluation of madrasah heads in fostering student morals is carried out through madrasah service meetings which are held once a month by discussing activities related to madrasas and student behavior.
