PERAN GURU DALAM MENGATASI KESULITAN MEMBACA AL-QUR`AN PADA SISWA MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH MIFTAHUL ULUM SINGOSARI MALANG
Abstract
This research was conducted to explain and understand the role of educators in overcoming students who find it difficult to read the Koran at MTs Miftahul Ulum Singosari Malang. A teacher has a major role for Qur'an education, therefore an educator must or should observe, supervise, or pay close attention to his students, the very first of which is to give a lot of care to his students who are having trouble reciting the Qur'an. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, the tools to collect data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The informant was the headmaster of MTs Miftahul Ulum Singosari Malang, whose aim was to obtain information. The results of this research are the difficulties experienced by students, namely that they are still difficult or unable to recite the Al-Qur`an or recite the coupled letters and the teachers of MTs Miftahul Ulum S ingosari Malang have fully carried out their role, namely, holding Al-Qur`an 10 learning programs minutes before the end of teaching and learning (using the Bil-Qolam method), collaboration between educators, giving praise to students so they are excited about learning the Qur'an and fostering self-confidence in students so they want to learn to read the Al-Qur'an, and providing learning resources varied ones that are fun for students and inspire students that as a believer we must be able or we must be fluent in reading the Qur'an.
