PERAN GURU DALAM MENGIMPLEMENTASIKAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS DAN NASIONALIS DI SMP BRAWIJAYA SMART SCHOOL

Abstract

Drug misuse and promiscuity are two common examples that affect young children and teenagers today. harassment, bullying, and even murder. Children will lose their ethics and morals in the setting of education, and education will lose its character if this trend is allowed to continue. To raise the standard of education, character education must be developed in schools. As a result, the objective and mission of Brawijaya Middle School Smart School are to develop children who have strong religious, national, and intellectual values. The researchers developed the issue, which is about 1) the teacher's approach in implementing religious and nationalist character education, 2) the implementation of character education, and 3) the teacher's role in implementing character education, based on the study background mentioned above. The goal of this study is to 1) describe implementation options for character education 2) Character education implementation; and 3) various teacher roles in character education. This research used a sort of qualitative research to accomplish its goals. The interview method, which is a method of gathering data using verbal question and answer methods with research informants, and the documentation method. Observation is a research activity that involves systematic observation of phenomena.
