Abstract

Bullying is a major problem that must be prevented and eliminated in the world of education. As incidents of Bullying occurred at school, the school took steps to reduce Bullying rates. School as an institution that prints human resources who have the hope of being able to continue the nation's development relay. However, the process that occurred actually included violence and torture, both in physical and verbal form. The teacher is the first person who is responsible for all events in the school. A teacher must be able to provide advice and guidance to students when needed, especially how to deal with Bullying at school. Teachers as educators in the school environment must have strategies to deal with Bullying that occurs in schools. As a teacher, you also need to master extensive knowledge, to fulfill your role as a teacher who is a role model or example for students. With acts of Bullying being carried out in schools, a strategy is needed to prevent these problems from continuing to occur.
